Get a viewable online copy of your PSA certificate

Request a viewable online copy of your PSA certificate, viewable for 60 days through an access code. The application fee is PHP 130.00 for viewable online birth/marriage/death certificates and PHP 185.00 for viewable online CENOMAR/CENODEATH, payable at any PSA CRS outlet.

You can also request a printed copy on security paper by visiting any PSA CRS outlet and availing of the DocPrint service (within the 60 days validity period of the viewable online copy). Present the access code of your viewable online request and pay the application fee of PHP 80.00 per printed copy.

Personal appearance at a PSA CRS outlet is required. Viewable online requests not paid at a PSA CRS outlet (paid online or through other payment channels) will not be processed. Payment and/or pickup must be made in person by the document owner (or nearest of kin of a deceased person) at any PSA CRS outlet. Payment and/or pickup by authorized representative is not allowed.

Advised to go through Endorsement?

Were you advised by PSA to go to the LCR and go through endorsement? You can fill out an Electronic Endorsement Request Form online (free of charge), print it and then present it to the concerned Local Civil Registry Office together with the Negative Certification from PSA.
